Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team. If you love working with people, have a passion for sweet treats, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service with a smile, ensuring every guest feels welcome.

• Scoop and serve ice cream, create sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items with attention to detail.

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, counters, and dining areas.

• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

• Flexible availability: must be available 2 days a week, on evenings and weekends. Please check our hours before applying.

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Ages 16 +
